This ridiculously tough fabric is a great problem solver in the workshop. The raw edges will not fray – so can be cut into webbing to strongly anchor buckles or used as a binding. Great for reinforcing corners, strike guards, patches, pockets and eyelet panels.
CT1000 does not absorb water, great stitch holding and remains flexible.
Build a pack base or pannier guard that will outlast the rest of the bag.
CT1000 PVC coated Polyester was selected after destroying many different PVC fabrics making canyoning packs. The matte finish is considered the right side although we sometimes feature the “snake skin” side in our builds. (both faces are UV stable). Approximately 580gsm.
